Mint assists a repeat Borrower with the purchase and refurbishment of an end-of-terrace, residential property.

Our funds will assist the Borrower in the acquisition of a Victorian 3-bedroom end-of-terrace house.

The property requires refurbishment which the Borrower will be undertaking with the assistance of both a Project Monitoring Surveyor (PMS) and Mint’s own designated Portfolio Manager.

Our exit will be by the way of refinance.
