Mint Property Finance recently had the pleasure of funding the ground-up development of two simply stunning four-bedroom dwellings with associated garages, parking and turning.

As a garden plot project, we took an equitable charge over the Borrower’s existing property, and the same contractor was employed to deliver this latest build as had built the initial residence.

Capitalising on planning permission from 2019, the Borrower also benefited from our supportive approach to these ground-up developments as well as the guidance of our Portfolio Management team.

The architect’s drawings and illustrations were impeccable, but the quality and finish of the final build surpassed even these. And set in 1.5 acres, the finished properties fit well amongst the other high-end residences in the area. 

The properties are now on sale, with a view to redeeming our loan through the proceeds.
