Since establishing in 2011 in the business I’ve seen it all and we’ve lent to all sorts of Introducers and Borrowers with all sorts of property ambitions. There are many, many lenders out there and they’ll keep coming. But our knowledge of this sector is unrivalled and we live and lend by one golden rule – Mint wouldn’t lend to an Introducer on a project that I wouldn’t fund myself.

Mint’s aim is to provide liquidity for borrowers who have short-term funding needs for either property or non-property related businesses at a competitive rate and within a short timeframe. To facilitate this we have a great Underwriting team who diligently scrutinise every deal and who enjoy fantastic support from Completions, Finance and Credit departments.
