Dedicated Solicitors

Mint Property Finance works with a select panel on expert solicitors specialising in property law. As such, we are in a position to ensure that every Borrower’s case has a designated solicitor who is familiar with all the particulars of the deal.

Full, prioritised legal requirements upfront

Our comprehensive pre-loan legal documentation ensures that all the necessary paperwork is compiled in a structured and organised manner ahead of any money changing hands, so any issues can be identified and resolved early in the lending process.

All party kick-off call

Once all the required documentation and details have been compiled, an all party kick-off call is held that includes the Borrower, Borrower’s Solicitor, Lender’s Underwriter, Lender’s Solicitor and Broker (if using one). On the call, the next steps of the process will be detailed, alongside answering any question so all parties are on the same wavelength.

Daily legal update

With a dedicated Underwriter assigned to your case and at your disposal through your deal, Mint Property Finance will provide daily legal updates throughout, ensuring all parties are up to date with progress and requirements on everything from surveyor reports to outstanding document signatures.

Weekly video conference

Following the all party kick-off call and alongside the daily legal updates, weekly video conferences will be organised to further manage the process and ensure all requirements are being checked off. These are also useful in removing blockers and ensuring nothing is lost in translation over text-based communications such as email and text.
