The site was previously occupied by a single dwelling and, given the Borrower’s extensive experience of successfully managing and coordinating similar developments, he opted to self-deliver the works using a series of trade sub-contractors.

The ground-up development proceeded in line with the agreed schedule, and was completed on-time and on-budget.

The loan successfully redeemed two weeks early, thereby demonstrating the fact that there is no minimum term across all our products, and we look forward to hopefully assisting this Borrower again in the future.
