Mint assists a repeat Borrower with a timely refinance.
Adding to their extensive portfolio, the Borrower purchased a 3 bedroom semi-detached house with a driveway at the side of the property in December 2022. Following the acquisition the Borrower obtained planning permission to create a 1×2 bedroom house and 1×3 bedroom house, via the conversion of the existing dwelling and the addition of a single-storey rear extension and a two-storey side extension.
The Borrower has practically completed the works, however, some final cosmetic works are required to complete the project.
Which is where Mint has stepped in with a very timely Bridging loan to facilitate the refinance of the existing Lender and allow the Borrower to complete the works. Our exit will be by way of refinance.
