We’re pleased to have just funded a £470K Bridging loan to a client in London.

The loan is being used to repay funds which were taken to assist the Borrower acquire and refurbish the property – a converted and fully tenanted 6 bed HMO. The borrowings are secured by way of a charge against the property, which will be refinanced to redeem Mint’s loan.

The loan value provided was £470,000 on a 12 month term, and this was the Borrower’s first project with Mint Property Finance.
