Case Study – £310,000 Standard Bridge – Dorset
We’re pleased to have just funded a £310,000 bridging loan for a client in Dorset.
The funds were used to re-bridge an existing loan whilst a long-term buy-to-let mortgage goes through.
The property is semi-commercial with a retail unit and three tenanted flats above. Mint’s exit is refinance onto a BTL mortgage due to the extra time the Borrower has now been afforded.
The loan value provided was £310,000 on a 12 month term, and this was the Borrower’s first project with Mint Property Finance.
