The Best Keeps Getting Better!

It’s been a busy start to the year here at Mint Property Finance, with January seeing two further enhancements to our best-in-class service.

Our rigorous approach to market research is pivotal in keeping the business ahead of its competitors, and it was this that drove the business towards implementing Dual Representation and then the acceptance of OMV valuations over the course of this month.

Both enhancements to our service offering are designed to save Borrowers time and money, particularly relevant in the challenging market conditions we currently operate. 

Dual Representation is available on new Bridging and Refurbishment product applications, initially for repeat Borrowers on kerbside residential properties. And we will now consider OMV valuations on properties being purchased with loans of up to £500,000.
