Mint welcomes four new hires to the team

We’re delighted to announce further strengthening of the Mint team, with the creation of four new positions within our fast-growing business.

The appointments, the latest in a series of new hires, follow a period of sustained, significant business growth, satisfying demand whilst positioning the company well for the next phase of expansion.

Leading the list of new recruits and responsible for the ongoing strategic and financial direction of the business is Joseph Haworth, who joins as Finance Director.

Formally Managing Director at private equity group Latium, and Director and Trustee of Motherwell Cheshire – a charitable incorporated organisation committed to promoting positive mental health and wellbeing in women, he is a significant hire for Mint Property Finance, bringing over 20 years’ business and finance expertise to our senior team.

Also contributing over two decades of knowledge to the business is Portfolio Manager Rachel McIver. Based in Yorkshire, Rachel joins Mint Property Finance from heavyweight Lloyds Banking Group, where she built extensive knowledge of retail and commercial banking. She has a proven track record of developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The company also welcomes Samuel Williams and Bethany Clawson, both of whom join Mint’s Underwriting Support team.

All four start with immediate effect, joining Mint’s 50-strong team. The appointment come as we prepare to launch the latest in our series of market-beating ‘Power Products’, further raising the bar of specialist finance lending.
