Mint Property Finance Reports a Successful First Half of 2023

Mint Property Finance has reported a strong first half of 2023, including an increase in average deal value.

From January to June, the average recorded deal size was £365,806, compared to a full year average of £336,679 for the full year in 2022.

As well as this, average enquiries are up 8% based on the same period from 2022, showing an increased demand for funding despite challenging economic conditions.

In total, the 2,473 enquiries for the half year culminated in applications worth £154,286,140.

The period saw a 52% / 48% bridging loan to development loan split, as risk-averse Borrowers avoid large volumes of heavy refurbishment deals.

The largest completion in the period was a bumper deal for £3,000,000, and the quickest completion was a bridging loan turned around in just five days.
