Mint Property Finance Launches Dual Representation

Leading specialist finance lender, Mint Property Finance, has today launched Dual Representation on its Bridging and Refurbishment products.

Following extensive research with borrowers, brokers and other professional introducers, Mint has further developed its range of services. Hot on the heels of the recent product streamlining and born of the same desire to not only simplify the lending process but also save borrowers time and money, the business is proud to offer Dual Representation on its Bridging and Refurbishment products.

Initially available for repeat borrowers on kerbside residential properties, Dual Representation offers a more straightforward and efficient lending process as a result of the appointment of a single point of contact for all legal enquiries.

Commenting on the launch, Andrew Lazare, Managing Director, said: “Our research clearly cited the need for easier lending solutions in what is an increasingly complex marketplace. Add to this the benefits of the associated cost savings, and it’s clear to see why our business has a reputation of delivering a best-in-class service.”

“The addition of Dual Representation felt like the next common-sense development in our approach to lending, and with a team of collaborative experts on hand to oversee the process, we look forward to seeing another increase in the volume and value of new enquiries.”

Cheshire-based Mint Property Finance is an award-winning specialist lender recognised for its relationship-driven and flexible approach. Since its inception in 2011, Mint has enjoyed year-on-year growth and recently reported the appointment of two new Underwriting team members.
