Mint Property Finance Announces Its Acceptance Of OMV Valuations

Leading specialist finance lender, Mint Property Finance has today announced its acceptance of OMV valuations.

Reflecting the evolving needs of Borrowers and Brokers alike, Mint will now consider OMV valuations on kerbside residential properties being purchased with loans of up to £500,000 as part of new Bridging enquiries from existing Borrowers.

This arrives hot on the heels of last week’s launch of Dual Representation on new Bridging and Refurbishment applications.
