On A Development Project.

Our Borrowers recently completed the construction of 3 x four-bedroom terrace houses in Gravesend, Kent, and were seeking Development Exit funding to maximise the commercial return on the project.

The properties form part of an up-and-coming residential area to the south-east of London and are well placed for a range of amenities including road and rail connections.

Our loan was used to repay the initial development lender such that all three properties could be put on the open market and given the maximum possible time to achieve the highest sale values. The local estate agents valuations already exceed the original estimations, and the successful redemption of our loan will be through the timely sale of these three fantastic, new-build terraced houses.

One of our Borrowers is a well-established NHBC registered house builder, ensuring the project was completed on time, on budget and on quality.
