Recent capital raise to fund a stunning development!

Mint Property Finance was recently approached to assist a pair of Borrowers in the development of one of three stunning properties.

Security for the loan was a second charge on the Borrower’s home which comprises of an extended detached cottage as well as a second equitable charge over a supplemental BTL residential property.

After a positive valuation and clear demonstration of primary and secondary routes to exit including sale of the development property, sale of the BTL residential property, sale of stocks and shares or refinance of the Borrower’s home, Mint were very pleased to fund the loan.

The result is a stunning property with enormous appeal.
