Challenge

Our client had successfully completed their first property refurbishment project with finance from Mint and were keen to begin another. This time, they needed funds to contribute towards the purchase and renovation of a detached house.

Approach

We provided a first charge loan with a retention release to cover the costs of the planned refurbishment. Working with our client from the outset, both our Portfolio Manager and our Asset Manager used their wealth of experience to offer valuable advice and help keep everything on schedule.

Result

The work was completed on time and a previously tired and dated property
was transformed into a superb four-bedroomed home with a significantly increased value.
