Challenge

Our client intended to reconfigure an existing property to a 6 bedroomed HMO for professional letting. The conversion needed to be high-end so that it would appeal to the market and comply with HMO standards that would gain the relevant licence. All of this had to be achieved in advance to give our client enough time to facilitate the refinance of the property and redeem on time.

 

Approach

Mint quickly established a good relationship with the client, who was project managing the works. Working closely together was key to ensuring the work was completed on time, on budget and to the standard needed.

 

Result

The property was finished ahead of schedule to a very high standard and the licence was granted.
