What are the terms of your high-value bridge product?
The High-Value Bridge offers a £5m maximum loan value at up to 70% LTV. All loans are subject to credit approval and borrowers must have a viable exit strategy. A R.I.C.S valuation will determine the loan value and terms will be specific to each Borrower.

What areas can I use this product in?
At present, this product is only available in the Greater London area in postcodes within the M25. This is to satisfy current high demand in this area for larger loan sizes. No application for a High-Value Bridge outside this region will be guaranteed, but Mint we assess demand on an ongoing basis and expand if necessary.

What types of properties can I use this loan on?
The High-Value Bridge is available on all residential kerbside houses and flats, with all types of Borrowers considered, including Foreign Nationals. As with our other Bridging products, there are no minimum terms and cosmetic works are permitted.
